For future references, Vicious is an already established character in the Pokemon anime. Several of the duos you see listed are going to be different as they were originally portrayed in the anime. Vicious is the current leader of Team Rocket, the where abouts of Giovanni is unknown. Cassidy & Butch are as they are, just no Jessie, James or Meowth, Annie & Oakley are both female, and Attila & Hun are both male. Domino operates solo.
