Based on the seasons I've actually watched all the way through:

Time Force
In Space
MMPR S1
Lost Galaxy
Jungle Fury
MMPR S3
Zeo
MMPR S2
Lightspeed

Note: I'm not exactly sure if this is the right order for me. I find it hard to do rankings like this.

Hmm I can't give any seasons the lowest spot on the block. here we go:

1. Dino Thunder/Ninja Storm/Jungle Fury (none are technology related)
2. Lightspeed Rescue/Lost Galaxy/Time Force/In Space
3. Wild Force/SPD/Mystic Force/Operation Overdrive/MMPR S3
4. Zeo, MMPR S1 and 2
5. Turbo

Except for the ones at the bottom, I can't really pick out much of a difference. When I think of the top seasons, I'm likely to watch the ones mentioned from top to bottom. To put any of those seasons even on spot number 5 (or further) would be an insult to them IMO :p

Jungle fury was good and I LIKED THE CHARACTERS (RANGERS AND VILLIANS) but it isn't my favourite season !
I'd give it a 9th or 10th spot from the 16 seasons !!!

Jungle fury was to me a carbon copy of Wild force with the whole jungle animal spirit theme less than 6 years earlier...the theme song is AWFUL for me to be honest...dont get me wrong.I dont hate it i actually watch it here or there but the 2 details i mentioned above bother me.

but still, nothing can be worse than Ninja storm IMHO.

Jungle fury was to me a carbon copy of Wild force with the whole jungle animal spirit theme less than 6 years earlier

Jungle Fury was a carbon copy of Wild Force? Hardly. Let me point out the differences:

- Wild Force had a zoo of auxiliary zords whereas Jungle Fury had only six, two of which were the zords of their enemies that were only used once.

- The rangers in Wild Force were chosen by the Wild Zords whereas the rangers in Jungle Fury were chosen by Master Mao.

- The villains in Wild Force were orgs that focused on destroying the planet. The villains in Jungle Fury were the undead and they focused on destroying the humans so that animals could rule the planet.

- Monsters in Wild Force were created from statues whereas monsters in Jungle Fury were created from high ranking Rinshi, the undead foot soldiers of the series.

- The base of operations for the villains of Wild Force was an underground maze whereas the base of operations for the villains of Jungle Fury was an above ground palace.

- Master Org was imprisoned about 3,000 years ago whereas Dai Shi was sealed away over 10,000 years ago.

- The mentor of the team in Wild Force was a princess whereas the mentor in Jungle Fury was a kung fu master and owner of a pizza shop.

- Princess Shayla stayed out of battles whereas R.J. fought in every battle that he could.

- The base of operations for the rangers in Wild Force was an island in the sky whereas the base of operations for the rangers in Jungle Fury was a loft above a pizza shop.

- Wild Force started out with five rangers and added one whereas Jungle Fury started out with three rangers and then added two, one at a time.

- Viktor Adler started out as a murderously jealous human and he died in battle against the rangers as the unrepentant vessel of Master Org whereas Jarrod started out as a troubled human, broke free of Dai Shi's influence, and became the repentant student of his former enemies.

- Viktor Adler was a scientist whereas Jarrod was a kung fu warrior.

- Viktor Adler was never selected to be a ranger by a Wild Zord whereas Jarrod was selected to be a ranger by Master Mao.

- Master Org's escape from imprisonment was entirely intentional whereas Dai Shi's escape from imprisonment was accidental.

- The rangers in Wild Force had no masters whereas the rangers in Jungle Fury did.

- The Wild Force rangers didn't have a team powerup mode whereas the Jungle Fury rangers did.

- Merrick was turned into Zen-Aku as a result of putting on a cursed wolf mask in order to have more power to fight the Orgs and was sealed away for about 3,000 years until he was released by Nayzor in the present day. R.J., a kung fu master from the present day only, turned into a werewolf every now and then because Dai Shi tainted his animal spirit after unsuccessfully attempting to steal it in a cage fight.

- The animal spirits in Wild Force are separate from the rangers and are sealed up in Power Animal orbs until the Power Animal orbs are inserted into the hilts of the Crystal Sabers and the rangers summon them with a tune. The animal spirits in Jungle Fury are actually a part of the rangers and they can be used in morphed and unmorphed battles in addition to zord battles.

- Cole and Casey may have both used a gorilla spirit in zord battles, but they differed in that Cole's other two animal spirits were a lion and a falcon whereas Casey's other two animal spirits were a tiger and a shark.

- Max used shark and giraffe spirits in zord battles whereas Theo used jaguar, bat, and antelope spirits.

- Taylor used eagle, black bear, and polar bear spirits whereas Lily used cheetah, elephant, and penguin spirits.

- Alyssa used tiger, elephant, and deer spirits in zord battles whereas Dominick used a rhino spirit.

- Merrick used aligator, hammerhead shark, and wolf spirits in zord battles whereas R.J. used a wolf spirit and occasionally borrowed the tiger and jaguar spirits from Casey and Theo.

- There was a group of five completely autonomous zords that formed a megazord in Wild Force whereas there was no such concept used in Jungle Fury.

- Wild Force had two female rangers whereas Jungle Fury only had one.

- Cole was a Tarzan wannabe, Max was going to be a professional bowler, Taylor was a fighter pilot for the air force, Alyssa was a college student, and Merrick was a royal guardian. Casey, Theo, Lily, and Dominick were kung fu warriors and pizza shop employees; R.J. was a kung fu master and pizza shop owner.

- The possible romantic relationship between Princess Shayla (mentor) and Merrick (ranger) never happened whereas the romantic relationship between Lily (ranger) and Theo (ranger) did eventually happen.

- The rangers wore jackets in Wild Force but in Jungle Fury they wore entire uniforms.

- Merrick was the Lunar Wolf Ranger and Princess Shayla was the mentor of the rangers whereas R.J. was the Violet Wolf Ranger AND mentor of the rangers.

- Merrick was a loner that only showed up when he was needed whereas R.J. was sociable and showed up for every battle that he could.

- Merrick couldn't use his morpher as a weapon in morphed battles but R.J. could.

- Merrick's Lunar Cue couldn't combine with any other weapon whereas Dominick's Rhino Blade could combine with any one of the three Claw Boosters.

- Wild Force had only one sixth ranger type character whereas Jungle Fury had two.

- In Wild Force the rangers could combine their respective weapons for a combined attack whereas Casey, Lily, and Theo couldn't, so they used the Claw Canon for the same purpose.

- Cole had five weapons whereas Casey only had three, which was no more than Lily and Theo had.

- Merrick had only one weapon whereas Dominick had two, one of which was required to summon his animal spirit for zord battles.

- The morphers in Wild Force were based off of cell phones whereas the morphers in Jungle Fury were based off of sunglasses.

- Cole had the Animarium Armor and the Wild Rider, both of which allowed him to fly. Casey had the Strike Rider, which didn't allow him to fly.

- The rangers in Wild Force had the Savage Cycles whereas Casey was the only ranger in Jungle Fury to have access to a motorcycle.

- The rangers in Wild Force had claws built into the fingertips of their gloves whereas the rangers in Jungle Fury only had their fists to fight with in hand-to-hand combat.

- Wild Force had two teamups whereas Jungle Fury had none.

- Wild Force was produced in the United States during a transition period from the Saban era to the Disney era, which meant consistent American accents. Jungle Fury was produced in New Zealand entirely during the Disney era, evidenced by the Kiwi accent that could occasionally be heard in Jarrod/Dai Shi's voice.

- Personal opinion: Jungle Fury had better acting and writing than Wild Force.

Wild Force and Jungle Fury may have been similar in a few basic respects, but Jungle Fury is most definitely not a carbon copy of Wild Force.

yeah if go out and look for EVERY SINGLE detail the stories look quite different...

I was talking about the series in general.

I was talking about the series in general.

I know you were. The problem with speaking of things in general is that it doesn't give you the whole picture and it lacks accuracy. Using the words "carbon copy" to compare Wild Force and Jungle Fury is a gross exaggeration.

My point was on the whole ""jungle animal spirit theme"" it was done less than 6 years earlier...but oh well i guess thats the sentai series fault...

Still let me say this again,i think JF is a good series,as a matter of fact i think ALL power ranger series are great(exept NS)but some are better than others.I watch JF here and there and i enjoy it,but that detail bothers me.

Toei's been doing Super Sentai since 1975, so it's kind of understandable that they're running out of ideas and repeating some basic themes.

I watch JF here and there and i enjoy it,but that detail bothers me.

(shrugs) Doesn't bother me, so I don't know what to tell ya. :)

Jungle Fury is easily my favourite series.

I loved the characters, the theme tune, the zords, Rhino Ranger's colour scheme, I even loved JKP because it was a Pizza Place.

It was a series that just felt very, me.
