I just watched it today (Sept 30th) and it was not all that bad. The idea and premise were horrible, yet I still sat through and watched it.
I do dislike filler and clip shows, but this one was pretty good. I liked the summary and I had the time to kill.

It was obviously a filler episode and while I would've liked to have seen some progression of the story after having to wait weeks to see a new episode, I can honestly say that I enjoyed it. The episode was fun. I think most people would burn up a lot of time trying everything else but using the TV remote to free Fran from her frozen position, but because R.J. has such a weird mindset, the TV remote was the first thing that he used; I loved it. :)

Ummm.....We could have had a Dom-focused episode instead.

Nothing to write home about, but not the worst episode I've seen. Didn't like the whole game show bit but that's just my humble opinion.

Not much to say about this episode, except that it sucked.

The whole game thing was just stupid. Everything about it was stupid... except for Camille that is.

This was the worst episode of JF so far. Even by clip show standards it was a bad episode.

I'm completely against them wasting the already limited number of episodes on flashbacks (and they only showed the main parts, which everybody remembers. Becoming Rangers, Jungle Master Mode, RJ, Dominic...). But for a flashback episode, it was kinda genius. Of course, Camille was spoiling the whole thing by just existing, but still, it's a new way to put flashbacks. It's kind of nostalgic if you're really bored and it also kinda fits in with the HUGE break between episodes we just had.

Those being the positives, I have to say most of the episode made sense (except for the transformer-Rinshi). It was okay, I was really bored so I still wouldn't put this one past Lost and Found In Translation xD.

Ummm.....We could have had a Dom-focused episode instead.

I soo agree with you. I really was surprised to see Dominic up there with the rangers, and mentioned by name. I'd completely forgotten about him during the last few episodes. See? This is where the 'fillers' come in; if we see Dom's younger cousin or sibling coming to town and him spending the day, this is why we need episodes like that.

Here you go :)

Didn't really like this episode, but I suppose we should have expected a flashback episode. I felt sorry for Theo, being nothing more than a good friend to Lilly lol.

Worst JF episode by far, and one of the worst PR episodes ever. Besides the game show thing being dumb, it doesn't even make sense.

Once the rangers are captured, why bother making them participate in a stupid game show? They're captured, so just do what you want with them. The whole thing didn't make a lick of sense. At all.

Lily's ridiculous out-of-character cheerful outburst, "I've always wanted to go to Hawaii!". They are being held captive by the enemy, and two of her friends were sent away (dead for all she knew) with her possibly going next, and she gets excited over a mention of a trip to Hawaii? WTF?

I mean, I know the target audience is the kids, but come on.

I had forgotten about that, probably because it was subtle. I feel sorry for him too; poor guy.

I am ignoring that this episode ever existed. It never happened. NEVER!
